Transitioned from machine-made to fully handmade Tripa Larga (long-filler) in the early 2000s, it utilizes prime leaf grown exclusively in the legendary Vuelta Abajo region in Pinar del Río, Cuba. The narrower ring gauge showcases the wrapper and binder influence, creating a concentrated, spicy profile that rewards slower smoking. It pairs magnificently with a ristretto, a pour of peated Islay scotch, or a strong dark rum.
