Second Third: Settling into the wide barrel, the flavor profile develops a richer, highly decadent texture. Dominant characteristics of raw cashews, toasted hazelnuts, and warm cream step forward, beautifully complemented by an emerging buttery pastry sweetness.
Final Third: The conclusion scales up gently into a comfortable medium-bodied territory. Deep notes of rich soil, light leather, and dry oak timber harmonize with a lingering, sweet honey attribute, finishing remarkably clean without an ounce of harshness.
