A velvety wave of sweet cedar timber, parched field hay, and a light floral earthiness instantly blankets the palate. The retrohale is completely mellow, carrying a faint hint of vanilla bean sweetness rather than sharp pepper.
Second Third: Moving into the main barrel, a distinct creaminess takes over the profile. Dominant characteristics of roasted cashews, light coffee grounds, and high-grade vintage leather come to the forefront, showcasing a beautiful, clean complexity that only emerges after years of uninterrupted cellaring.
Final Third: The conclusion scales up in focus as the smoke channels through the tapered head, leaning into a firmer medium presence. Layers of dry oak wood, dark baker's cocoa powder, and a closing wave of warming baking spice (nutmeg and light cinnamon) finish exceptionally clean, crisp, and fragrant.
