Pdr 1878 Shade Grown Toro Single Cigar
Blended by Abe Flores at the PDR factory in Tamboril, Dominican Republic, the Capa Natural Shade Grown Toro represents the smoothest offering in the 1878 portfolio. Draped in a golden, silky Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper, this Toro utilizes traditional Cuban entubado bunching techniques to ensure flawless airflow and construction. Available as a single cigar, it provides an elevated, creamy, mild-to-medium-bodied smoking experience that pairs magnificently with a morning latte, a light blonde ale, or a smooth Speyside single malt.

Lighting the covered foot delivers an immediate taste of smooth cream, dry cedar, and soft floral undertones directly from the shade-grown leaf. As the burn transitions into the second third, the Dominican Criollo '98 and Nicaraguan fillers add balance and depth—unfolding notes of toasted almonds, warm butter, subtle baking spices, and a clean, silky vanilla oak finish.
