Handcrafted in Estelí, Nicaragua, the Oliva Serie V Lancero is widely considered one of the finest modern expressions of the traditional, slender Lancero format. Measuring 7x38, this vitola is draped in a dark, reddish-brown Ecuadorian Sun Grown Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and a core of specially fermented Jalapa Valley Ligero long-fillers. Because of its narrow ring gauge, the Lancero offers a significantly higher wrapper-to-filler ratio than larger sizes, resulting in a hyper-focused, intensely flavorful smoke that highlights the wrapper's natural oils and spicy sweetness.
