This Single Cask release was aged in a Sherry Butt, being an absolute delight, bottled at 50% ABV, giving customers the option of adding a few drops of water to open up the flavours.
For the added touch, each bottle is individually numbered!

We let the whisky slumber till the time is right and then select the correct ABV to bring a very special wee dram to you.

Nose: Sweet and creamy, sherried with hints of honey and nuts.
Palate: Forest fruits, mellow spice, peppery notes with hints of almonds and hazelnut.
Finish: Long nutty finish with dried raisins notes.
