The unlit draw gives off rich aromas of dark cocoa, damp soil, sweet cedar, and a hint of dark fruit. Lighting the narrow tip brings an immediate concentration of dark chocolate, toasted wood, and a mild pepper touch on the retrohale. Moving into the widest part of the barrel, the profile opens into creamy espresso, toasted nuts, brown sugar, and light leather. The final third closes with smooth ease, leaving a clean, dark-chocolate and mild oak aftertaste on the palate.
