The 2018 Ramon Allones Gigantes has entered a beautiful sweet spot of maturity. Expect a refined, medium-bodied smoke dominated by the brand's signature stewed fruit and dark honey sweetness, now smoothed over by years of aging. Early notes of cedar and roasted nuts evolve into a creamy core of baking spices and espresso, finishing with a savory touch of leather and toasted oak. It is a perfectly balanced, two-hour journey that trades its youthful punch for pure elegance and complexity.
