The cold draw gives off inviting aromas of sweet timber, toasted bread, mild nutmeg, and soft earth. Lighting the tapered foot delivers an immediate burst of warm cedar, citrus zest, and a subtle white pepper sparkle on the retrohale. As the burn widens into the thickest part of the barrel, the profile expands into creamy latte, toasted almonds, light leather, and a gentle herbal sweetness. The final third closes with refined balance, leaving a long, clean finish of light oak, roasted nuts, and soft baking spice on the palate.
