First Third: The smoke opens with a dynamic, sharp burst of flavor. A dominant wave of cracked white pepper and dry earth takes charge immediately, beautifully framed by an underlying sweetness resembling dark roasted coffee beans.
Second Third: Moving into the center, the early spice softens into a much creamier texture. Heavy notes of fresh cedar wood, rich leather, and a hint of dark cocoa powder emerge to add layers of balance to the profile.
Final Third: The finish gains excellent aromatic depth as the heat nears the mouth. A final combination of charred oak, earthy minerals, and a warm, lingering pepper spice finishes cleanly on the palate without turning harsh.
