Cuaba
Tradicionales Box Of 25 Cigars
CUABA
Every Cuaba is made in the distinctive shape known as a double figurado, the style that at the end of the 19th Century was all the rage for Habanos.
Double figurados are at the pinnacle of the cigar makers' art and for this alone they merit a place in every cigar enthusiast's collection.
Cuaba, like Cohiba, is a Taino Indian word dating back to the time of Columbus. It was their name for a highly combustible bush, which the Indians used to light their 'Cohibas.'
All sizes contain a medium to full flavoured blend of filler and binder leaves from the Vuelta Abajo zone and are ‘tripa larga totalmente a mano’ – long filler, totally handmade.
TRADICIONALE
A particularly elegant, slender double figurado shape that was the size and shape of most of the Havanas smoked during the second half of the 19th century. Enjoy an encounter with the past when you light up this cigar.

90/100
"Though firm and floral at first, this thin perfecto opens up once it burns past the taper, revealing a tasty palate of graham cracker, leather and sweet caramel. The spicy finish shows bright notes of ginger and horseradish..."
