The Pérez-Carrillo Deep Blue Limited Edition is an ultra-premium release crafted under the direction of Ernesto Pérez-Carrillo at the Casa Carrillo factory in Santiago. Following the accolades of the Pledge and Allegiance lines, Deep Blue utilizes a dark, toothy Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over aged Ecuadorian binder and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The blend exhibits a full-bodied, rich profile with heavy dark cocoa, espresso, leather, charred oak, and sweet dark fruit notes. It pairs exceptionally well with a barrel-proof bourbon, a peated single malt scotch, or a ristretto.
